Payment is upfront and via PayPal (Prices in BRL are for Brazilians only and must be paid via Pix)

You have the right to request a refund if I haven't started the artwork within three months of the payment date

I won't issue a refund if the artwork has already been started

Edits to the artwork are okay, especially during the sketch stage. After that stage, major edits will incur a charge depending on the complexity

Complex designs incur an additional fee depending on the difficulty of drawing them, especially for animated commissions

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the commission and the current queue, with a maximum of 3 months

I will send updates on all stages of the artwork

I usually post my work on social media. If you don't want me to post your commission, please let me know in advance

The artwork is for personal use only

Commercial use (including merchandise or use in commercial projects) is not permitted unless discussed in advance

If you wish to use the artwork commercially, an additional commercial licensing fee will apply

I have the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time. In that case, you'll receive a full or partial refund depending on how much work has already been completed

You must have a Toyhouse account to buy my designs

Do not give, sell or trade my designs to anyone who doesn't have a Toyhouse account

You can only resell the design for a higher price than you paid if there are extra pieces of art

Feel free to redesign the character, just don't make them unrecognizable
